ECQ in NCR Plus Bubble Extended until April 11
ECQ in NCR Plus Bubble Extended until April 11
Presidential Spokesperson Harry
Roque declared the extension of the Enhanced
Community Quarantine throughout the NCR Plus Bubble, which includes the NCR
as well as the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. This is in
response to the Inter-Agency Task Force's advice to extend the ECQ in the NCR
Plus Bubble for at least a week.
Some of us might already forgot the guidelines under the ECQ so here are some of the things that we need to observe and keep in mind in this extended one week quarantine:
People
· People with ages 17 and below, 65 or older,
pregnant women, and with health risks are not allowed to go outside of their
houses. They can only go out if they need to buy some essential goods or
services.
Mass Gatherings
·
Mass gatherings are strictly not allowed during
this time.
Transportations
·
Public transportations will still be operational
although there will be some changes regarding the capacity of passengers.
Curfew Hours
·
Curfew hours will be implemented during the ECQ.
It will start from 6 PM until 5 AM. Only authorized persons outside residence
or APOR, workers, cargo vehicles, and public transportations will be allowed to
go out during the curfew hours.
Malls and Restaurants
·
Malls will remain operational during ECQ in
order to provide essential goods and services.
·
Restaurants will also be allowed to operate as
long as they will only cater take-out and delivery orders.
·
Unlike the former ECQ, travel pass will not be
required this time.
All people are strictly advised
to stay at the comfort and safety of their homes for a week.
