1.    Go to Lumina Homes Online reservation form at https://onlinereservation.lumina.com.ph/.

2.    Input all the required fields on the page, including your First Name, Surname, Address, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Source. In the Source field, make sure to enter where you found out about Lumina Homes. Did you learn about Lumina from Print Ads or a TV ad, from a Local Broker, or through the Internet/Website? There are also other options that you can choose from so that you can select the best choice.

3.    After filling out the form, tick the box to confirm your affirmation that you understand the Terms and Conditions of making a home reservation. Make sure to also tick the Captcha box at the lower part of the screen. Then click NEXT.

4.    On this Page, you will need to input first your chosen Location, Project Name, and Subdivision/Phase. In the Subdivision/Phase part, you can view an interactive project map of your chosen subdivision or phase. You can also search here your preferred Net Contract Price (NCP) range to know and determine what the best house model for you is. The result will give you the Phase and Blk/Lot Number, the Lot Area, and the House Model available for your chosen NCP range.
